In the U.S., the correct term is UTILITY POWER. We examine a three-phase system with neutral and a nominal voltage range of 380 to 440Vac at 50Hz or 60Hz.

WHY DOES USING OUR ATS PANELS EXPONENTIALLY INCREASE THE LONG-TERM RELIABILITY OF STANDBY GENERATORS?
This is because of a big misunderstanding about overvoltages and flashes of lightning. The low-cost controllers on the market are erroneously placed on the frame of generators. This forces the user to connect the UTILITY power wires to the controller inside the generator. Despite all your efforts, you will never get protection from the electronic boards. The wires' parasitic capacitance cannot be eliminated.

It is a money-saving practice to connect the cables of the mains directly to the ATS controller.
